We will never install any spyware software on your computer nor snoop into your privacy.The only information we know about you is the one you offer us yourself.

Purchases

All of our games are free to try: please download and install the game before purchasing the full version. There are many game sites on the Internet where you can download our games, and each online site has its own activation codes. Our activation codes will work only with the trial version that is downloaded from our site. If you have already downloaded the game from another site, you should completely uninstall that version and install the trial version from our site before using our activation code to unlock the game.

Delivery
When you purchase one of more of our products, you will receive by email an electronic registration code which unlocks full functionality from the trial software. If you have purchased a registration code and have not received it within 36 hours, please fill in thoroughly our customer support form .

Refunds
We want everyone to be satisfied with their purchases from us. All our games are “Satisfaction Guaranteed”. We will always accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. Just fill in our customer support form thoroughly and we will process the refund immediately. If you purchased the game from a game site other than LDW, you will need to contact support at that site for assistance with your request. We cannot process cancellations or refunds for purchases made on other game sites. We will happily provide any assistance we can, with this.

We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. If you elect to be included on our mailing list, we may send you occasional promotions and discounts or upgrade notification emails. You may of course be removed from the list at any time simply by emailing us. We will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute your details to another party.

Children

LDW Software does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use LDW Software only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you choose to visit LDW Software, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of California. .
